  • We value your relationship with us. We want to make sure you receive full value for the purchase made with Orniza.com if you are not happy with our product for ANY reason.
  • We guarantee you 100% money back.
  • We accept returns within 15 days from the date of delivery for any reason.

Note: The products should be unused, and should be in original packaging condition.


Who will pay for the returns?

We pay for returns for domestic orders.
In most cases, we can arrange reverse pickup through our courier partners, but for remote locations return will need to be mailed by the customer and we reimburse upto Rs 100.
You need to inform us the tracking number of the shipment to our mail id care@orniza.com or call us on 8767 556688. This helps us in monitoring the product location. We recommend using Speed Post for sending return parcels.
For International returns, we recommend sending the product with any friend/ relative coming to India.

How should I return the product?

  1. Provide us with your order id and register your return preferably within 2 days.
  2. Please put the product in its original box and seal it and fill with paper so that the items do not move inside the box. This ensures that products do not get damaged while in transit.
  3. Send us your return via Speed Post to this address:

  4. Inform us once you ship the product and write a mail to care@orniza.com share the tracking number of the shipment, product ID to us.
  5. Once we receive the products, after inspection and ensuring the good condition of the product we will initiate the refund from our end.

What are the refund options available?
You can receive refund in form of money or credits
Case 1: If you would like to go for credits, Orniza’s coupon worth of your shopping amount will be mailed to you within 48 hours that you can use for future shopping.
Case 2: if you choose as Money Refund, You will receive the refund based on your mode of payment made to us.
 

When can I expect my refund?

  • Net banking: 3 working day
  • Debit Card: 7 working day
  • Credit Card: 9 working days
If you are returning a cash on delivery (COD) orders, - send us the following details as per your bank records
